A autora, organizada em Sociedade Anônima, protesta contra a interrupção da prescrição de uma escritura estipulando o domínio e posse do Morro do Santo Antonio, de acordo com o Decreto n° 21341 de 02 de maio de 1932. A autora já fez o mesmo protesto junto à Prefeitura do Distrito Federal que, com este, seria um documento probatório nos autos de notificação à Fazenda Municipal. O juiz tomou por termo o protesto.
