Trata-se de inquérito policial da 3a. Delegacia Auxiliar de Polícia. O réu, ex-secretário da Junta de Alistamento Militar, do 22o. Distrito do Rio de Janeiro, foi acusado de ter recebido dinheiro de Lins Dias Pereira da Silva e Francisco Cardoso de Paiva, para tratar para ambos de isenção do serviço militar, sob fundamento de que eram arrimo de família. Incorreram no decreto nº 3427 de 27/12/1917. O processo foi arquivado. Código Penal, artigo 214.
