Trata-se de uma ação ordinária que foi conseqüência de um protesto marítimo de naufrágio. O autor requereu que o réu, negociante e empresa de navegação proprietária do vapor Pinto que sofreu avaria grossa contendo os produtos miudezas, fardo com fazendas e caixotes com níquel no valor de 4:700$000 réis, devolva as caixas de níquel. Devolvem-se as caixas de níquel. É citado o Código Comercial, artigos 614, 713, 721 e 734. O juiz deferiu a cota citada na folha 87. Traslado de Procuração 2, 1916 e 1917.
