Tratava-se de inquérito referente ao acidente de trabalho ocorrido no paquete Commandante Miranda com o tripulante carvoeiro João Roldão Delphino. A vítima foi recolhida no Hospital Marítimo Müller dos Reis. Ele foi à proa buscar fio de vela e, ao passar pela escotilha do porão, foi atirado dentro da chata atracada que recebia o carregamento de couro. Processo inconcluso.
