O suplicante, autarquia federal, pediu que fosse reformado o acórdão do Supremo Tribunal Federal, já que esse desrespeitava a Constituição Federal artigo 101. Alegando que o citado acórdão que mandou cobrar do suplicante as taxas de serviços municipais com base na Lei n° 3844 desrespeitou a Lei n° 3912. O Supremo Tribunal Federal negou provimento ao agravo.
