Trata-se de justificação envolvendo mulher para habilitar-se à percepção de montepio dos empregados públicos em virtude do falecimento de seu pai, que exercia o cargo de amanuense da Repartição Geral dos Correios. Foi preciso justificar judicialmente os legítimos filhos do falecido, a fim de que sendo ela reconhecida como tal, tenha o direito de receber a importância. Procuradores da República foram convocados para assistir aos depoimentos das testemunhas. Procuração outorgada por Odette Vigier, 1917.
