Trata-se de um inquérito policial referente a reclamação de salários apresentada pelo queixoso e enviada pelo Departamento Nacional do Trabalho. O réu imigrante polonês, dono do Hotel Flamengo Rio de Janeiro, se encontra em grande atraso com o pagamento de sua mensalidade com o Syndicato União dos Empregados em Hoteis, Restaurante e Congeneres. O juiz mandou arquivar os autos no termo do parecer do Procurador Criminal. Recibo Realengo Hotel, 1934.
