Trata-se de processo crime ocorrido na Terceira Delegacia Auxiliar de polícia, na qual abriu-se um inquérito policial para averiguação de culpa do réu acusado de introduzir uma cédula falsa no valor de 1:000$000 réis que foi reconhecida por Avelino Machado, cobrador da Prefeitura Municipal. O réu tinha nacionalidade portuguesa, casado, negociante, alfabetizado. São citados: a Lei nº 221 de 1909, artigo 13, Código Criminal, artigo 24. O juiz Henrique Vaz Pinto Coelho julgou improcedente.
