O autor era inventariante dos bens de seu finado pai Joaquim Rodrigues Ventura. Este alegou, porém, que no jornal O Globo soube de um protesto no Juízo da 3a. Vara Federal em que a ré, mulher, nacionalidade portuguesa, requeria ação de investigação de paternidade ilegítima contra o autor. Este requereu contra protestar. Ação procedente.
