Este foi acusado de cometer furtos a tesouraria e outros estabelecimentos. O suplicante requereu a sua reintegração de posse com as vantagens. A ação foi julgada improcedente e o autor apelou ao Tribunal Federal de Recursos, que negou provimento ao recurso. . Código de Processo Civil, artigo 291.
