Agenor Garcia do Amaral, de nacionalidade brasileira, estado civil, casado, biscateiro, marinheiro, de reserva de 1ª categoria da Marinha, residente à Avenida Santa Cruz, nº 2255, em Bangu, vem propor ação ordinária contra a União Federal, pelo fato desta negar-se a pagar-lhe os benefícios da Lei nº 4242 de 17/07/1963, artigo 30, que beneficiaria o autor, por este ser militar e comprovadamente pobre.
